Cuando se produzca cualquier tipo de vertimiento en los cuerpos de agua a que se refieren los literales a), b) y e) del artículo 91 de este Decreto, deberán tornarse por parte de la autoridad competente las medidas de seguridad pertinentes, con el objeto de impedirlos.
