°. Las Oficinas de Correos y Telégrafos atenderán al pago de tales cheques con los fondos que tengan del Servicio Postal o Telegráfico. Los cheques, debidamente pagados a la persona a cuyo favor se hayan girado, representarán para las oficinas que hagan el pago, dinero efectivo, y como tal los incorporarán en las cuentas y en las consignaciones de fondos.
