° Teniendo en cuenta que el Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo --PNUD-- le reconocerá y pagará al doctor Mejía Escobar viáticos diarios a razón de ciento cuarenta y ocho dólares diarios (US$ 148.00), la diferencia que por tal concepto se imputará al Tesoro Nacional será a razón de ciento treinta y siete dólares (US$ 137.00) y no de ciento cuarenta y tres dólares (US$ 143.00) diarios.
