El extranjero que se valga de sus intervenciones radiales o televisadas para desarrollar actividades políticas o atentar contra el orden público, será sancionado con la cancelación de la licencia temporal sin perjuicio de las otras sanciones a que pudiera haberse hecho acreedor.
