La partida a que se refiere el artículo anterior será entregada al Municipio de Mutiscua y su inversión se hará de acuerdo con la junta formada por el señor Alcalde, el Cura Párroco y dos vecinos nombrados el uno por el Gobernador del Departamento y el otro por el Concejo. Las cuentas de gastos serán rendidas a la Contraloría General de la República.
