Compromisos de los Miembros. Los Miembros se comprometen a adoptar las medidas que sean necesarias para dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones contraídas en virtud del presente Convenio y a cooperar plenamente entre sí para la consecución de los objetivos del presente Convenio.
