Art. 53. Los encargados de la centralización de las cuentas de papel sellado y de estampillas en los Departamentos, pasarán al Ministerio de Hacienda una relación trimensual sobre la distribución y venta de dichas especies venales en cada uno de los Distritos de las respectivas Provincias, con expresión de las hojas de papel y de las estampillas de cada clase distribuidas y vendidas.
