Art. 22 Los Alcaldes tienen el deber de obligar á sus agentes á hacer en los primeros quince días de cada mes una visita en todos los establecimientos de destilación de un territorio, para saber si tienen patente, ó si se han respetado los sellos puestos : al efecto exigirán que se exhiba la patente ; examinarán los alambiques sellados ; y tomarán nota de estos actos.
