Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares tienen derecho a veinte (20) días consecutivos de vacaciones por cada año de servicio continuo.

Parágrafo 1

Cuando el año de servicio haya sido prestado en el teatro de operaciones, en conflicto internacional, las vacaciones serán de treinta (30) días consecutivos.

Parágrafo 2

Cuando el Oficial sea retirado del servicio, sin haber hecho uso de las vacaciones causadas, tendrá derecho al pago de ellas en dinero.
