Podrán impugnar la paternidad del hijo nacido durante el matrimonio o en vigencia de la unión marital de hecho, el cónyuge o compañero permanente y la madre, dentro de los ciento (140) días siguientes a aquel en que tuvieron conocimiento de que no es el padre o madre biológico.
