Sesenta días después de la vigencia del presente Decreto, queda prohibida la importación al país de cigarrillos y tabaco prensado para fumar o mascar, que no tengan impreso, en las cajetillas o paquetes en que se dan a la venta al detal, el nombre de "Colombia" en tipo legible. Además en las cajetillas o paquetes se expresará en letras visibles el nombre de su introductor y su residencia. Estas leyendas no podrán ser impresas en fajas separadas que hayan de adherirse a las cajetillas o paquetes.
