Tercero civilmente responsable. Es la persona que según la ley civil deba responder por el daño causado por la conducta del condenado.
El tercero civilmente responsable podrá ser citado o acudir al incidente de reparación a solicitud de la víctima del condenado o su defensor. Esta citación deberá realizarse en la audiencia que abra el trámite del incidente.
