Artículo único. La partida de $ 4,000 votada en el Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1922, destinada al sostenimiento de Institutos Nocturnos Nacionales para obreros, se distribuirá de la siguiente manera: Sueldo del Inspector de los Institutos, a $ 30 mensuales, más el arrendamiento de doce locales para dichas Escuelas, a razón de $ 10 mensuales cada uno, en el año $ l.800 Sueldo de diez Maestros de los Institutos, a $ 17 mensuales cada uno, en el año 2,040 Para premios, aseo y demás gastos 160 Suma . $ 4,000 Comuníquese y publíquese.
