º El Director General de Aeronáutica Civil, de acuerdo con la facultad que le otorga el artículo 2º del Decreto número 969 de 1947, podrá introducir válidamente a este Reglamento las modificaciones y ampliaciones que juzgue necesario, y en los casos en que a su juicio, hayan de hacerse extensivas estas a la aviación militar, las reformas pertinentes se harán de común acuerdo por los Directores de uno y otro ramo.
