1Apruébase El Siguiente "reglamento De Tránsito Y Reglas De Transporte Aéreo", Elaborado Por La Oficina De Operaciones De La Aviación Militar, En Colaboración Con La Aeronáutica Civil: Capitulo I Definiciones 1º1° Tránsito O Tráfico Aéreo2Las Normas Contenidas En El Reglamento Que Se Aprueba Son Aplicables A Toda Clase De Aeronaves, Pero Las De La Fuerza Aérea Podrán Apartarse De Ellas Cuando Una Autoridad Militar Competente Así Lo Determine3El Director General De Aeronáutica Civil, De Acuerdo Con La Facultad Que Le Otorga El Artículo 2º Del Decreto Número 969 De 1947, Podrá Introducir Válidamente A Este Reglamento Las Modificaciones Y Ampliaciones Que Juzgue Necesario, Y En Los Casos En Que A Su Juicio, Hayan De Hacerse Extensivas Estas A La Aviación Militar, Las Reformas Pertinentes Se Harán De Común Acuerdo Por Los Directores De Uno Y Otro Ramo4Este Reglamento Reemplazará En Su Integridad Al Que Fue Aprobado Por Decreto Número 3288, De 15 De Noviembre De 19465Por La Imprenta Del Estado Mayor General Se Hará Una Edición Del Mil Ejemplares Del Presente Decreto6Este Decreto Regirá Desde Su Promulgación En El Diario Oficial
