ARTICULO 14. Territorialidad por extensión. La Ley Penal colombiana se aplicará a la persona que cometa el hecho punible a bordo de nave o aeronave nacional de guerra que se encuentre fuera del territorio nacional. Se aplicará igualmente al que cometa hecho punible a bordo de cualquier otra nave o aeronave nacional, que se halle en alta mar, cuando no se hubiere iniciado acción penal en el exterior.
