Cada orfanato tendrá hasta tres maestros, con un sueldo mensual de cien pesos ($100) cada uno, y un auxilio hasta de trescientos pesos ($ 300) mensuales para alimentación y demás gastos domésticos de cada orfanato, según el número de alumnos y capacidad del establecimiento.
