La misma Junta organizará a la mayor brevedad el "Instituto de la mujer que trabaja" y la "Caja de pensiones para la vejez"; determinará la índole y servicios sociales de esas instituciones, los lugares donde deban funcionar, la forma, condiciones y cuantía de los auxilios pecuniarios o de otra especie que hayan de otorgar para llenar sus fines, etc. Los estatutos y reglamentos que sobre este particular dicte la Junta, serán sometidos a la aprobación del honorable Consejo de Ministros.
