º . Salud del manipulador . Todo manipulador o comercializador de leche cruda y de leche cruda enfriada deberá

Poseer un certificado médico que reconozca su aptitud para manipular la leche, el cual tendrá vigencia por un año;

Mantener la higiene personal y los buenos hábitos higiénicos;

Estar libre de lesiones en la piel y síntomas de afecciones respiratorias.
