º Por El Tiempo Que Dure La Ausencia Del Presidente De La República, En Razón De Los Viajes A Que Se Refieren Los Considerandos Del Presente Decreto, Delegan Se Durante El Día 6 De Mayo En El Ministro De Justicia, Doctor Andrés González Díaz, Y Durante Los Días 7 Y 8 Del Mismo Mes, En El Ministro De Gobierno, Doctor Fabio Villegas Ramírez, Las Funciones Constitucionales Correspondientes A Los Siguientes Asuntos: 1

º Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, en razón de los viajes a que se refieren los considerandos del presente Decreto, delegan se durante el día 6 de mayo en el Ministro de Justicia, doctor Andrés González Díaz, y durante los días 7 y 8 del mismo mes, en el Ministro de Gobierno, doctor Fabio Villegas Ramírez, las funciones constitucionales correspondientes a los siguientes asuntos

Artículos 129, 189 con excepción de lo previsto en el numeral 2º 304 y 314.

Artículos 200 y 201.

Artículos 212, 213, 214 y 215.
