Recibidas las informaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, cada una de las instituciones procederá al cálculo determinado en el artículo 14 del Instrumento y dictará la resolución correspondiente, copia de la cual se remitirá a la Institución de Trámite para su notificación a los interesados. En la propia resolución se fijará el importe de la pensión parcial que corresponda conceder a la respectiva institución caso de haber lugar al derecho según su legislación ; De tratarse de pensiones desobrevivientes, la resolución contendrá el nombre y la cuota de cada uno de ellos.
