Declaración de renta . Los Agentes dé la Policía Nacional en servicio activo presentarán su declaración de renta y patrimonio ante el Jefe o Comandante de repartición a cuyas órdenes se encuentren. Las oficinas de personal recibirán las declaraciones de los Jefes o Comandantes de reparticiones o unidades y, las remitirán a la Administración de Hacienda de Cundinamarca, en consecuencia, solamente esta oficina liquidará el impuesto sobre la renta y sus complementarios mencionados.
