Articulo 55. Los gastos que ocasione el Poder Judicial, el Ministerio Público, la Administración de cárceles, raciones, aprehensión y conducción de reos y detenidos etc., se harán en la forma que los del servicio telegráfico, y se legalizaran en el Ministerio de justicia, con imputación al Departamento y Capitulo correspondientes.
