El inciso 1º del artículo 18 del Decreto 568 de 1996, quedará así: Cuando el objeto del gasto no quede identificado con la clasificación establecida en el artículo 16, podrán desagregarse los gastos de funcionamiento y el servicio de la deuda publica a nivel de ordinales y los proyectos de inversión a nivel de subproyectos.
