Terminada una temporada de pesca habrá lugar a las previsiones del artículo 35 de este Decreto, y ningún bote podrá dedicarse a la navegación y el comercio o a otra clase de pesca, sin permiso especial del Administrador de Aduana respectivo, quien lo dará oído el concepto del Inspector de Pesca acerca del permiso y de las precauciones que deben tomarse para evitar el fraude a la renta de perlas.
