Art. 13. De todos los actos que se ejecuten en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 11 i 12 de este decreto, se dejará constancia en un rejistro especial que se llevará en la Direccion; debiendo suscribir las dilijencias el Secretario del Tesoro i el respectivo acreedor. Este rejistro se dividirá en dos partes: una para la conversion de los créditos prendarios i otra para los demas.
