La Nación se hará presente en los juegos de Cartagena por medio de comisiones especiales de las Cámaras Legislativas y por Delegados del Comité Olímpico Nacional y del Ministerio de Educación. El Gobierno les fijara los viáticos correspondientes, para lo cual se destina la suma de quince mil pesos ($15.000.00).
