Art. 270. Si los bultos de que trata el artículo anterior se hubieren estraido de la Aduana i trasladado a Venezuela, se espedirá siempre la guia, espresando en ella el verdadero contenido de dichos bultos, segun la guia de Maracaibo ; i si no se presentare la tornaguia dentro del lapso señalado en el artículo 268 i en los términos del parágrafo del mismo artículo, se cobrarán otra vez los derechos.

Parágrafo

En este caso se asegurarán éstos a satisfaccion del jefe de la Aduana.
