Artículo único. Mientras se reúnen las Asambleas Departamentales y votan los presupuestos que deben regir en cada Departamento, los Gobernadores dictarán las medidas necesarias para prorrogar, por seis meses más, los actuales presupuestos que estén en vigencia, y darán cuenta de ellas á dichas corporaciones. Comuníquese y publíquese.
