ARTICULO 2o. La infracción cambiaria como transgresión de las disposiciones constitutivas del Régimen de Cambios, es una contravención meramente administrativa de las disposiciones vigentes al momento de la infracción, a la que corresponde una sanción coercitiva cuya finalidad es el cumplimiento de tales disposiciones.
