Los empleados de la Procuraduría General tendrán derecho a viáticos cuando se ausenten del lugar de su sede en ejercicio de sus funciones, a virtud de comisión que les sea impartida mediante resolución del Procurador General o de su delegatario y de conformidad con la reglamentación vigente.
