El producto del remate de los efectos decomisados como de contrabando, se dividirá así: veinte por ciento para los denunciantes; veinte por ciento para los aprehensores, y sesenta por ciento para el Fisco. Los miembros de resguardos no podrán ser tenidos como denunciantes, y en caso de que fueren aprehensores, la suma que les corresponda se dividirá entre ellos por partes iguales. Los vehículos que se declaren decomisados pertenecerán a la Nación, la cual podrá rematarlos o destinarlos a su servicio.
