º. Mientras estuviere vigente un registro de marca efectuado con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, su titular podrá pedir que se modifique para adaptarlo a la nueva clasificación. En la solicitud deberá señalarse la clase o clases correspondientes a la nueva clasificación y si hubieren sido correctamente señaladas se modificará el registro conforme a lo pedido.
