El Municipio de Mariquita queda autorizado para disponer de los terrenos que se le entregen, bien sea enajenándolos o en otra forma que estimare más conveniente, con aprobación del Gobierno Nación y siempre que su producto se destine a la construcción del acueducto y alcantarillado de esa ciudad.
