La transmisión de las competiciones o eventos deportivos nacionales o internacionales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará preferencialmente en directo y la narración y comentarios siempre se realizarán en español. Si dichos eventos están orientados al fomento de la educación física, la recreación o el deporte, en lo posible deberá efectuarse la transmisión con la asesoría de un profesional del área, designado por el Ministerio de Educación, previa consulta con el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes).
