Prorrogas. De conformidad con el artículo 213 de la Constitución, el Gobierno podrá prorrogar el Estado de Conmoción Interior hasta por dos períodos de noventa días, el segundo de los cuales requerirá concepto previo y favorable del Senado de la República.
