Si alguno de los comparecientes no supiere o no pudiere firmar, la diligencia será suscrita por la persona a quien él ruegue, de cuyo nombre, domicilio e identificación se tomará nota. El compareciente imprimirá a continuación su huella dactilar, de lo cual se dejará testimonio escrito, con indicación de qué huella a sido impresa.
