º. La Comisión solo podrá deliberar con la asistencia comprobada de la mitad más uno de sus miembros y a condición de que se encuentre por lo menos uno de los representantes de cada sector. Podrán ser invitados a participar en las reuniones de la Comisión personas o entidades que tengan responsabilidades, conocimientos o informaciones en relación con los temas a tratar.
