Article 16

La Empresa De Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Mixto Que Incumpla Las Obligaciones Señaladas En El Artículo 5º Del Presente Decreto, Será Sancionada Con Multa Equivalente A Veinte (20) Salarios Mínimos Mensuales Legales Vigentes

La empresa de transporte público terrestre automotor mixto que incumpla las obligaciones señaladas en el artículo 5º del presente decreto, será sancionada con multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes.

Parágrafo

En caso de verificarse el incumplimiento de la obligación establecida en el numeral 1 del artículo 5º, sin perjuicio de la exigibilidad de la correspondiente garantía, se aplicará la sanción establecida en el presente artículo. CAPITULO IV Especiales a empresas de transporte público terrestre automotor municipal, distrital y/o metropolitano
