Art. 215. Si en una ejecución de mayor cuantía se hicieren una ó más tercerías de menor cuantía; ó si en una ejecución de menor cuantía se hicieren una ó más tercerías de mayor cuantía, conocerá de las tercerías el respectivo Juez de Circuito.
