Las Determinaciones Adoptadas Por Dichos Comités Deberán Ser Comunicadas Por El Respectivo Alcalde Municipal A La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio Dentro De Los Cinco (5) Días Siguientes A La Fecha De Aprobación, Acompañando Los Estudios, Documentos O Elementos De Juicio En Que Se Fundamentaron

Las determinaciones adoptadas por dichos Comités deberán ser comunicadas por el respectivo Alcalde Municipal a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de aprobación, acompañando los estudios, documentos o elementos de juicio en que se fundamentaron.

Parágrafo

Los Comités Municipales de Precios creados con anterioridad a la expedición del presente Decreto, conti nuarán ejerciendo sus funciones pero se sujetarán a lo previsto en los artículos anteriores.
