Los Libros De Inscripción O Registro Números 1º 2º, Y El De Anotación De Hipotecas, Y Sus Índices, Que Se Lleven En La Oficina De Registro Del Circuito De Bogotá, Podrán Formarse Con Hojas Sueltas, A Medida Que Se Hagan Las Inscripciones, A Fin De Que Estas Puedan Extenderse En Máquina Con Tinta Indeleble

º Los libros de inscripción o registro números 1º 2º, y el de anotación de hipotecas, y sus índices, que se lleven en la Oficina de Registro del Circuito de Bogotá, podrán formarse con hojas sueltas, a medida que se hagan las inscripciones, a fin de que estas puedan extenderse en máquina con tinta indeleble.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno, por conducto del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, suministrará las hojas debidamente foliadas y selladas, y el Registrador, antes de ponerlas en uso, deberá rubricarlas.
