Tanto el certificado como el bono deberán expresar las indicaciones necesarias para conocer el nombre, profesión y domicilio del depositante, la naturaleza y estado de la mercancía, su cantidad, peso o volumen, valor y calidad aproximados y las marcas y números de los bultos o de los envases que los contengan.

Expresaran, además, tales documentos, el domicilio y lugar del funcionamiento del Almacén general, de modo claro e inequívoco.
