Article 3

El Consejo Nacional Para El Desarrollo De Los Recursos Humanos En Salud, Estará Integrado De La Siguiente Manera: 1 El Ministro De Educación Nacional O El Viceministro

º El Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos en Salud, estará integrado de la siguiente manera: 1 El Ministro de Educación Nacional o el Viceministro. 2. El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o el Viceministro. 3. El Ministro de Salud o el Viceministro.

Parágrafo 1

El Subdirector de Recursos Humanos del Sector del Ministerio de Salud hará las veces de Secretario del Consejo con voz, pero sin voto.

Parágrafo 2

El Consejo podrá constituir grupos consultivos cuando lo considere pertinente.
