El Ministro de Guerra podrá ordenar que los Jueces Instructores adelanten en el en lugar de su residencia o fuera de él, cualquier investigación por delitos de competencia de la Justicia Penal Militar, aunque el sindicado o sindicados no pertenezcan al Arma, Brigada o Jefatura Civil y Militar de que dependa el funcionario.
