Reglamento. Todo Fondo de Cesantía deberá tener un reglamento de funcionamiento aprobado de manera general o individual por la Superintendencia Bancaria, el cual debe contener, a lo menos, las siguientes previsiones

Los derechos y deberes de los afiliados y de la Administradora;

El régimen de gastos y comisiones conforme a las disposiciones que establezca la Superintendencia Bancaria, y

Las causales de disolución del Fondo.
