Las aseguradoras de vida se harán responsables ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia por la información inscrita de las rentas vitalicias que puedan acceder al mecanismo de deslizamiento incluida la idoneidad y actualidad de la información registrada en la Oficina de Bonos Pensionales (OBP) del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, so pena de la devolución de recursos con intereses a la tasa máxima legal permitida.
