° Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 38 del 10 de enero de 1994, el cual quedara así: "Articulo 1° Comisiónase a partir del 12 de enero de 1994 y por el término de siete (7) días a la doctora Noemí Sanín de Rubio, Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, para, trasladarse a Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Trinidad y Tobago, Jamaica, República Dominicana, Belice y panamá, con el fin de entrevistarse con los Jefes de Estado y los Cancilleres de estos países".
