Para Efectos Del Otorgamiento De Los Permisos De Que Habla El Artículo 26 Del Decreto 250 De 1970, Solo Constituyen Causas Justificadas, Las Siguientes: A) Calamidad Doméstica; B) Necesidad De Practicar Diligencias Impostergables De Carácter Administrativo Ante El Superior Inmediato, Cuando Este Se Encuentre Radicado Fuera De La Sede Del Solicitante

°. Para efectos del otorgamiento de los permisos de que habla el Artículo 26 del Decreto 250 de 1970, solo constituyen causas justificadas, las siguientes

Calamidad doméstica;

Necesidad de practicar diligencias impostergables de carácter administrativo ante el superior inmediato, cuando este se encuentre radicado fuera de la sede del solicitante.
