Aprópiase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) con destino a la construcción de un edificio para cuartel en la ciudad de Neiva, quedando autorizado el Ministerio de Guerra para llevar a efecto la obra directamente por medio de la Gobernación del Departamento del Huila, ya en forma de contrato o de administración.
